The Clark Team (Mark & Kathy) have been outstanding realtors thorough out the entire process of selling our home. They made sure that it was properly and widely advertised in many ways even to the point of taking out an expensive, large newspaper ad to reach the West Texas area. Multiple open houses were given; Kathy staged the home for us, and Mark even watered plants and removed trash after our move. They have been caring and determined to sell our house and it paid off. We no longer live in NM so all of the paperwork associated with the sell had to be done electronically and that was a “snap” for these two.
