My experience with the Clark Team has been absolutely wonderful. They are truly FULL-SERVICE BROKERS. Mark has done things at my new home like changing light bulbs, turning off water, supervising repair damage caused by a water leak and more. I have never asked him to mow the lawn, but I know he would…and probably would send Kathy!

Mark and Kathy Clark are undoubtedly the unconditional absolute best realtors in the Alto real estate market. We used them to sell our Alto house. It sold withing six weeks, but during that time, we were guided about what to do to get our house in the best presentable shape to assure a good sale. I always understood that a house should be in good, clean, close to pristine condition to assure a good sale. We repaired and re-stained outside wooden decks and stairs, painted and recarpeted (old carpet was stained and over 20 years old) throughout the house and did other touch-up work under the good guidance of Mark and Kathy. They are so knowledgeable, and have the best technology, regarding comparables and other real estate matters. We have bought and sold several properties over the years with the participation of excellent realtors, but none matched Mark and Kathy’s expertise, local knowledge, responsiveness and in particular, skillful advice in negotiating the ultimate sales price.
