You did a superb job of working with us as remote owners. From doing an initial Zoom walk-through, to communicating by email and docu-sign, we never found it a challenge being in a different state (and time zone). You certainly did your homework on the market analysis, listing price, and staging as we had 3 offers at or over the listing price within 24 hours. WOW!

You answered our every question promptly and went above the call of duty by making a trip back to the house to locate paperwork that saved us the cost of doing another survey. Much appreciated. After the inspection, you worked with the buyer’s agent to minimize the insignificant findings and closed the deal.
